Julie and Don Rugg

Our special guests for this interview are Julie and Don Rugg

Julie Rugg is a retired math instructor. Don Rugg is a Certified Financial Planner™ and a retired CPA. Since 2013, they have volunteered with Financial Beginnings, a nonprofit that provides free personal finance education to youth and adults. Between the two of them, they have given hundreds of presentations on topics like Budgeting, Banking, Credit, Investing, Insurance, Careers, and Financing College. In 2018, they began doing presentations for the AICs at Deer Ridge Correctional Institution in Madras, Oregon. These classes became their favorite and they are looking forward to continuing these presentations as well as their new work as Assistant Volunteer Chaplains for CSCIS. 

Moses Gallegos

Also joining our interview will be Moses Gallegos, a reentry consultant with the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC).
